Comforting Ginger Chicken Soup

 

Ingredients

  • 3oz boneless skinless chicken tenders diced
  • 4 thin slices of ginger
  • 3 stalks of celery sliced thin
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 2 cloves minced garlic
  • salt
  • pepper

Instructions

  1. In a sauce pot bring broth to a boil.
  2. Add in ginger, garlic, and celery and simmer for 5 minutes.
  3. Put in chicken and boil for another 10 minutes.
  4. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
