Crab Slaw Salad
Crab Slaw. It was very light and refreshing–a little too light! I ended up having a bowl of asparagus soup afterwards. I mixed the Wasabi Mustard with some Apple Cider Vinegar and tossed it with a cup of prepackaged broccoli slaw and crab meat.
There are slivers of carrots… I KNOW! Too lazy to pick them out.
