  • 100 g. Precooked Chicken Breast (Boneless Skinless)
  • 2 c. Preferred Lettuce
  • 2 tbsp.HCG Safe BBQ Sauce
  • 1 HCG Safe Grissini BreadStick

To make this HCG diet recipe shred the chicken breast into small pieces. Then place the chicken breast shreds and HCG BBQ sauce in a bowl with a lid. Toss until the chicken is completely coated in the BBQ sauce. Place chicken on top of cut lettuce. Serve with a HCG safe grissini breadstick. The HCG Perfect Portion brand of BBQ sauce is considered a ‘free’ item on the HCG diet, so you may add more BBQ sauce as a HCG safe dressing on top of this HCG salad if you choose.

This HCG diet recipe is allowed on the VLCD phase of the HCG Diet (as known as Phase 2 or the 500 calorie phase). This HCG diet recipe equals 1 HCG diet serving of vegetables, 1 HCG diet serving of meat, and 1 HCG diet serving of ‘carbs’.
